“There” is no better a place than “here.” When your “there” has become a “here,” you will simply obtain another “there” that will again look better than “here.” ~ Cherie Carter-Scott
“Some days are better, some days are worse. Look for the blessing instead of the curse. Be positive, stay strong, and get enough rest. You can’t do it all, but you can do your best.” ~ Author Unknown
The market (S&P) looks very good right now. We have broken the cycle of lower highs and lower lows (see chart below), so we now have to see if this uptrend can continue. We need to take out the high on 4/20/16 of 2111.05, for me to feel good about the uptrend. I expect a slight pullback next week as price is now outside the upper Bollinger Band and Stochastics are in overbought territory. For my trading this past week, I had my stops set too tight on Thursday (I'm testing a tighter exit strategy), and VTV stopped out +1.56%, and XRT +.91%. I'm still in VCR.

A good article for those that don't know too much about investing. It is not as aggressive as I like for when you get near or into retirement age, but a good guideline.
